Standard Recovery
The standard service includes a free diagnosis. Within 1-2 business days, we will provide you with a free failure report, a quote, and additional case information.
The average turnaround time for this service is 3-5 business days.
Expedited Recovery
The clock starts when your media is received. Our engineers perform data recovery during normal business hours. Within 24 hours, we will provide you with the failure report and quote.
The average turnaround time for this service is 1-2 business days.
Emergency Recovery
Recovery begins immediately upon receipt of the drive, handled by a dedicated team of engineers — 7x24x365 service, including weekends and holidays.
Remote Recovery
Remote data recovery is highly effective for data loss situations when the hardware is still operational. With the FixmyData Remote Data Recovery Manager (ARRM), your critical business data is recovered quickly and conveniently from logically corrupted storage systems, SANs, NAS, RAIDs, server applications, or virtual machines via a highly secure internet connection.

The total invoice amount will be based on the complexity of the recovery and the capacity of the media.

Our "No Data - No Charge" policy means you pay nothing if we cannot recover any usable files you are looking for. We have no attempt fees — a non-refundable fee charged by many recovery companies. In fact, we have no hidden or additional fees. If we are successful, you only pay the amount quoted to you. Our strict quality assurance process ensures you receive the data you need.

If your drive has been opened before (factory seal broken), we will charge you 200 yuan. Contaminants must be cleared from the drive cavity in a cleanroom environment before the diagnostic procedure can proceed.

Free Parts: If your hard drive requires rebuilding, the relevant parts are provided free of charge.

Free Media Return:

Your data will be returned to you on DVD, USB drive, or external hard drive. Hard drives will be provided free of charge at FixmyData's discretion. Please note that the hard drives provided by FixmyData are solely for the delivery of your data.

We understand time can be an issue, so we do offer emergency response recovery services. Emergency response recovery refers to recovery performed outside normal business hours, where resources must be arranged and managed as promptly as possible. Return shipping is free for all completed standard recoveries. For all completed standard service recoveries, return shipping is free anywhere within Mainland China. This excludes international or Saturday delivery, as well as declined or unquoted projects.
